Summary

Adds two pages to the Pre-recorded Speech-to-text section in the documentation navigation:

• "Select the region" - placed after "Language detection"
• "Set language manually" - placed after "Code switching"

Also updates page titles to use sentence case formatting.

Changes:

• Added navigation entry for select-the-region.mdx after "Language detection"
• Added navigation entry for set-language-manually.mdx after "Code switching"
• Changed select-the-region.mdx title from "Available cloud regions" to "Select the region"
• Changed set-language-manually.mdx title from "Set Language Manually" to "Set language manually"

Note: Both pages already exist in the codebase. The select-the-region page is also linked in the Deployment section.

Review & Testing Checklist for Human

• Verify "Set language manually" placement after "Code switching" is correct (user requested "under Code Switching")
• Verify "Select the region" placement after "Language detection" is correct (user requested "under model detection")
• Preview the docs to ensure both pages render correctly in the navigation
• Confirm the title changes are acceptable - "Select the region" title change will also affect the Deployment section where this page is linked
